AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 89-15, SECOND 1 TO UPDATE THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE, TO THE 1994 EDITIONS AND THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE TO THE
1993 EDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and Board of Aldermen desire to
maintain current codes for building,
plumbing, mechanical and electrical
installation for building construction in
the City of Riverside and
SECTION 2: It is the desire of the Mayor and Board of
Aldermen to adopt the 1994 Editions of the
Uniform Building Code, Uniform Plumbing
Code, and Uniform Mechanical Code, and
the 1993 National Electrical Code.
SECTION 3: These codes will be in place from and after
the adoption of this ordinance and shall be
made a part of the City of Riverside's
Zoning Ordinance.
