CLOSED SESSION MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Monday, January 18, 2010
5:30 p.m.
The [3oard of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in closed session at Olsson Associates,
1251 NW Briarcliff Parkway, Suite 50, Kansas City, Missouri, 64116 on Monday, January 18, 2010.
Mayor Rose called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Kathy Rose,
Aldcrmen Brad Cope, Ron Super, Dave Hurt, Mike Fuller, Bernie Bruns, and Aaron Thatcher.
Also present were David Blackburn, City Adntinistratar and Meredith Hauck, Director of Communication
Motion to Enter into Closed Alderman Thatchcr moved that the meeting go into closed session, pursuant to
Session @ 5:40 p.m. RSMo 610.021(3) Personnel Issues, seconded by Alderman Hurt, the vote was:
Yes: Alderman Bruns, Cope, Fuller, Hurt, Super and Thatcher.
Motion Carried.
Motion to Enter into Open Alderman Thatcher moved that the meeting go into open session, seconded by
Session a@ 7:21 p.m. Alderman Cope, the vote was:
Yes: Alderman Thatcher, Cope, Hurt, Super, Fuller and Bruns.
Motion Carried.
Adjournment Alderman Thatcher moved to adjourn the meeting and Aldennan Hurt
7:21 p.m. seconded, the vote was:
Yes: Aldermen Thatcher, Bruns, Cope, Hurt, and Super.
