AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAY TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR HIGH DRIVE, RIVERSIDE, WITH BOYD, BROWN,
STUDE, & CAMBERN IN THE AMOUNT OF $269,443.50.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has met the required
provisions for the selection of an engineering firm to provide the
engineering design for the street project encompassing streets,
curbs, gutters, sidewalks and storm drainage for the project to be
known as High Drive in the City of Riverside and
WHEREAS, the firm of Boyd, Brown, Stude, & Cambern, Kansas
City, Missouri, has been selected to provide said design for this
project
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
a contract with the firm of Boyd, Brown, Stude,
& Cambern, in the amount of $269,443.50 to meet
the requirements stated above for engineering
design on High Drive, Riverside, MO.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
