Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes. LEGISLATIVE SESSION � 1. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. Motion to approve August 2010 Court Report. � � R-2010-059 : A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 FOR THE WEEKS ENDING SEPTEMBER 10 AND SEPTEMBER 17 IN THE AMOUNT OF $320,658.45. FOR THE ARGOSY CASINO PARKWAY— NORTH PROJECT IN THE RESULTING IN A REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $7,478,012.25. Point of Contact: City Engineer Travis Hoover. 5.
