ORDINANCE NO. 96- >
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF RIVERSIDE TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH THE DREW CORPORATION, SEDALIA, MO. FOR
INSTALLATION OF A GUARDRAIL ON VIVION ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract agreement with The Drew
Corporation, Sedalia, MO. to install a
guardrail on NW Vivion Road.
Section 2. The contract price will be One thousand eight
hundred eight dollars and twenty-five cents
($1,880.25).
Section 3. The project will be performed upon notification
of award.
Section 4. This ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after its passage. _
