ORDINANCE NO. 96-122
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SUSPEND DEBRA
WITTMEYER FROM HER POSITION AS COMMUNICATIONS DISPATCHER FOR THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND THE DURATION OF THE SUSPENSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the City
Administrator, Ann Daniels, and the Chief of
Public Safety, Robert Bayless, and following
a careful review of the personnel file of
Debra Wittmeyer, the Board of
Aldermen hereby authorize the City
Administrator, Ann Daniels, to suspend,
Debra Wittmeyer from her employment as a
Communications Dispatcher for the Department
of Public Safety for a period of three (3)
days.
SECTION 2. The suspension will be without pay.
SECTION 3. The suspension will commence on November 12,
1996 and will stand for three scheduled working
days.
