ORDINANCE NO. 96-~_~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
BUCHER, WILLIS, & RATLIFF, CORPORATION TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING
DESIGN FOR E.H. YOUNG RIVERFRONT PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
a contract with Bucher, Willis, & Ratliff
Corporation to provide design and engineering
for the E.H. Young Riverfront Park.
SECTION 2. The contract shall be in the amount of
$28,850.00 for Preliminary Design and
consultations with a contract amount for
the final phase negotiated after final
plans are developed.
