BILL NO. ~°'~ ~ ~ ORDINANCE NO. 9-~ ' Z
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF LAND BETWEEN
THE CITY AND SNOWDENS
WHEREAS, Snowden and the City own tracts which are
contiguous to each other, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in both parties interest to
trade approximately 14 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and other city officials are
authorized to execute the attached deed in return for the
receipt of the attached deed from Snowdens to effectuate a
transfer.
Section 2. The Mayor and other city officials are
authorized to take such other and further action as may be
necessary to effect this transfer, including but not limited
to, the recording of the deed to the City.
