IT zS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED that the City of Riverside exercise its right of eminent domain and condemn the following interest in real estate: A "temporary construction easement, granting the right of entry to the City of Riverside and its agents, only for a period of twelve (12) months, for the purposes of grading, building and maintaining the street and surface water drainage system, removing trees, surveying and any other activity reasonably required for the completion of 1 hetOilansid~ terest improvement project.
