BE IT ORDAINED BX THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURx, AS FOLY,OWS:
wT-IEREAS, it is necessary for the construction of the
temporary DonstructionS easements be b to ned from ptheeadjoining
property owners; and
WHEREAS, negotiations have failed to secure such easements
from all effective property owners.
IT zS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED that the City of
Riverside exercise its right of eminent domain and condemn the
following interest in real estate:
A "temporary construction easement, granting the right of
entry to the City of Riverside and its agents, only for a
period of twelve (12) months, for the purposes of grading,
building and maintaining the street and surface water drainage
system, removing trees, surveying and any other activity
reasonably required for the completion of 1 hetOilansid~ terest

All that part of Tract 7 of a subdivision of Tract 35, in
the amended plat of NORTHWOOD ACRES, a subdivision of land
in Platte County, Missouri., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of
Hillside Drive and at the Southwest earner of said Tract 7;
