SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Thursday, September 30, 2010
1:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Thursday,
September 30, 2010.
Mayor Rose called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Kathy
Rose, Aldermen Ron Super, David Hurt, Bernie Bruns, Mike Fuller, Aaron Thatcher and Brad
Cope.
Also present were City Administrator David Blackburn, City Attorney Nancy Thompson, City
Clerk Robin Littrell, Community Development Director Mike Duffy, and Attorney Joe Bednar.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO Alderman Fuller moved that the meeting go into closed
CLOSED @ 1:03 P.M. session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal Action and
litigation and RSMo 610.021 (2) Leasing, Purchase or sale of
real estate, and RSMo 610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related
documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract is
executed, or proposals rejected, second by Alderman Hurt.
Yes: Fuller, Hurt, Bruns, Cope, Super, and Thatcher.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Fuller moved that the closed session be adjourned at
CLOSED @ 2:08 P.M. 2:08 p.m. with no action taken, second by Alderman Bruns.
Yes: Fuller, Bruns, Hurt, Thatcher, Cope, and Super.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Super moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:09 p.m.,
second by Alderman Thatcher.
Yes: Super, Thatcher, Bruns, Cope, Fuller, Hurt.
Motion carried 6-0.
