A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held at City Hall, in Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday, Apri124, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Those answering roll call were Mayor Rose and Aldermen Mike Fuller, Ron Super, David Hurt, Mark Salyer, Bernie Bruns, and Pam Darata. Also present were David Blackburn, City Administrator, Gregory Mills, Public Safety Chief, Brent Miles, Community Development Director, John McClelland, City Attorney and Sarah Thompson, City Intern Bill No. 2007-41 Alderman Darata made a motion to place Bill No. 2007-41, An Ordinance An Ordinance authorizing the Authorizing the City of Riverside, Missouri to Employ Jeff Rupp as the Public Works City to employ Jeff Rupp as Director for the City of Riverside, Missouri, on its first reading. the Public Works Director. Alderman Hurt seconded. The vote was: Yes: Alderman Hurt, Salyer, Bruns, Fuller, Super and Darata Motion carried. Ordinance No. 2007-41 Alderman Super moved to place Bill No.2007-41, An Ordinance Authorizing the City Approved of Riverside, Missouri to Employ Jeff Rupp as the Public Works Director for the City of Riverside, Missouri on its second reading. Alderman Hurt seconded. The vote was: Yes: Aldermen Salyer, Fuller, Hurt, Super, Bruns and Darata. Motion carried. Motion to enter into Closed Alderman Darata made a motion to enter into closed session pursuant to RSMo 610.02; Session (1) for discussion of legal issues, RSMo 610.021 (2) real estate and 610.021 (3) personnel issues. Alderman Bruns seconded. The vote was: Yes: Aldermen Hurt, Salyer, Bruns, Fuller, Super and Darata. Motion carried. Motion to enter into Open Alderman Darata made a motion to enter into open session. Alderman Super seconded Session. the motion. The vote was: Yes: Aldermen Hurt, Fuller, Bruns, Salyer, Super and Darata. Motion carried and the board entered into open session. Motion to Adjourn Alderman Darata made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Fuller seconded. 6:50 p.m. The vote was: Yes: Alderman Hurt, Fuller, Bruns, Salyer, Super and Darata. Motion carried and the meeting was adjourned 7:35 p.m.
