AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING THE SUNDAY SALES LICENSE FEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen have determined that the
City Code Chapter 3, Section 6, "Sunday Sales License Fee to be
$300.00 payable yearly in advance" inaccurately reflects
through a scrivener's error the yearly fee amount.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
the correct yearly/ fee amount of $100.00.
