AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 5, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the election authority has issued a certificate of the election declaring the results of the
1992 Riverside City Election to be as follows:
FOR MAYOR:
Betty Burch 369
Gary Brenner 258
ALDERMAN WARD I:
John Marshall 193
ALDERMAN WARD II:

ALDERMAN WARD III:

QUESTION: Shall the City of Riverside allow the licensing of excursion gambling boats and floating facilities, as now or
hereafter provided by Missouri gaming law, in the City?

ratify the election of said officials to the respective offices.

We, Wendy M. Flanigan and Janet L. Waddell, Directors of the
Platte County Board of Election Commissioners, the Election
Authority of the County of Platte, hereby certify the above and
foregoing to be a true, correct and complete abstract of all the
votes cast in said County for the City of Riverside at the GEN-
ERAL ELECTION held on the FIFTH day of APRIL, A.D. 1994,
as shown by the returns made to the office by the judges of
election of the different voting precincts in said county, and as
verified by the verification board as provided in Section 115.507 RSMo.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and affix
the seal of the County, at the Platte County Board of Election
Commissioner office in Platte City, Missouri, this EIGHTH day
of APRIL, A.D., 1994.
