AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING
GODS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 89-15 AND AMENDED ON MARCH 22,
1994 BY ORDINANCE NO. 94-17 PROVIDES FOR EMERGENCY AND
MOBILITY PROCEDURES FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES IN THE
COMMERCIAL VESSEL DISTRICT WITHIN CHAPTER 13 OF THE ZONING
CODE.
WHEREAS, The Gity of Riverside, Missouri, adopted a new
zoning code on Februsry 21, 1989 by Ordinance No. 89-15; and
WHEREAS, that Ordinance was revised by ordinance no.,
94-17 on March 22, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City in reviewing the Zoning Code found it
necessary to revise certain portion of the Gode to meet FEMA
floodplain regulations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside wishes to enact and
enforce new amendments to the Zoning Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE GITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 13.130 (7) shall be amended as follows:
"(7) <a> ACCESSORY BUILDINGS. unless expressly waived

wheels, licenses and towing
appurtenances which shall remain on the
structure at all times.
