AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DONATION OF LAND FROM EDWARD H.
YOUNG AND CLARA A. YOUNG FOR USE AS A CITY PARK.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the donation from
Edward H. Young and Clara A. Young, husband and wife, of the
following described tract of land:
TRACT II:
All of Lot 35, 36 and all that part of Lots 34 and 37, RED X
PLAZA, a subdivision of land in the City of Riverside, Platte
county, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the
Southwest corner of said Lot 34; thence North 71 Degrees 44
Minutes 32 Seconds East along the Southerly line of said Lot
34, a distance of 28.44 feet; thence North 0 degrees 33 Minutes
32 Seconds west, a distance of 209.77 feet; thence North 69
degrees 0 Minutes 03 Seconds West, a distance of 408.78 feet to
the westerly line of said Lot 37, said point also being on the
Easterly Right-of-Way of zeke Road; thence Southerly along the
westerly line of said Lot 37, along a curve to the left, having
a radius of 515.21 feet and an initial tangent bearing of South
13 Degrees 10 Minutes 25 Seconds West, an arc distance of
113,43 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 26 Minutes 28 Seconds
West, a distance of 10.00 felt; thence South 0 Degrees 33
Minutes 32 Seconds East along the Easterly line of said Lot 37,
a distance of 92.84 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot
37; thence North 71 Degrees 49 Minutes 32 Seconds East along
the Southerly line of said Lot 37, a distance of 307.98 feet to
the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 34; thence South 18
Degrees 15 Minutes 28 Seconds East along the westerly line of
said Lot 34, a distance of 270.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
A copy of said deed being attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
