AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE STIPULATION BY MR. CHARLES F.
ISLEY, ON BEHALF OF COACHLITE SKATE CENTER AND BANQUETS UNLIMITED,
TO SUSPEND ITS SOCIAL HALL LICENSE ISSUED BY THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI ON MARCH 13, 1991.
WHEREAS, the Board of Alderman of the City of River:~ide,
Missouri is in receipt of a signed Stipulation and Agreement from
Charles F. Isley stating that he is voluntarily relinquishing the
social hall license issued to him on March 13, 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF A:~DERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The city hereby accepts the Stipulation
and Agreement executed by Charles F. Isiey, attached to
this ordinance as Exhibit "A" to suspend the social hall
licenses issued to Charles F. Isley, d/b/a Banquets
Unlimited and Coachlite Skate Center, effective June 30,
1 991 .

STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
The undersigned, Charles F. Isley, owner of Coachlite Skate
Center, d/b/a Banquets Unlimited, 4720 N.W. Gateway, Riverside,
Missouri, and upon advice of counsel, hereby stipulates and agrees
to suspend and relinquish the social hall license approved on March
13, 1991, effective June 30, 1991, 12:01 a.m. C.S.T.
