AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-31 RELATIVE TO
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES TO ALLOW THAT SUCH INVESTIGATIONS ARE
TREATED AS PERSONNEL INVESTIGATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Internal Investigations. Internal
investigations based on claims filed under this ordinance are
regarded as personnel.
Section 2. The City Clerk may make any appropriate changes
in the City Code to effectuate the intent of this ordinance.
