AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 22.006 OF THE RIVERSIDE CITY
CODE AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 22.006 IN LIEU THEREOF:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 22.006 of the Code of the City of
Riverside, Missouri is hereby repealed, Anew Section 22.006
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, which shall read as follows:
"22.006 DESTRUCTIOt] OF PROPERTY, No person shall
willfully, maliciously, wantonly, negligently or otherwise
injure, deface, destroy or remove real property or improvements
thereto or movea;•le or ~:ersonal property belonging to the City
or to any person in the ,.^ity,"
SECTION 2: All provisions of the code of the City of
Riverside, Missouri which are inconsistent herewith are
repealed and amended to conform with this ordinance. The City
Clerk is directed to incorporate the provisions of this
ordinance into the appropriate se~ytioy+ns of the City Code.
