AN ORDINANCE. AUTHORI7TNG THE TAKING OF RTDS FOR $ 500,000.00
AND AOTHORIZING THE CREATION OF ADDTTIONAL CITY DEPOSITOR
FOR THE HIGHEST AND REST BIDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF 'CHE CTTY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOOIR, AS FOLLOWS:
SEC'CION 1 Authorization is hereby given t,o accept
bids on January 31 1989 for investment of the $ 500,000.00
and authorizing the investment of said funds with the
highest and best bidders.
SECTION 2. In the event; that the highest, and best
bidders should not be a City Depositor, an additional Ciby
depositor is created.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk and Fainance
Committee are authorized to take all necessary action '.o
carry out the intent of this ordinance.
