AN ORDINANCE REPEALING EXHIBIT "A" TO SECTION 17.1 OF THE
CITY CODE OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI WHICH IS THE 1966 STREET
SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS AND ADOPTING A NEW EXHIBIT "A" TO
SECTION 17.1 OF THE CITY CODE OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TO
ENCOMPASS THE LATEST VERSION CF THE STREET SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Exhibit "A" to Section 17.1 of the City Code of
Riverside, Missouri is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2: That a new Exhibit "A" (which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference) to Section 17.1 be
enacted to adopt Sections 2000-2400 of the Construction and
Material Specifications (October 21, 1981) of the Kansas City
Metropolitan Chapter of the American Public Works Association.(,
