AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION HELD
ON APRIL 3, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINCED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the election authority has issued a
certificate of the election declaring the results of the 1990
Riverside City Election to be as fellows:
MAYOR
Betty Burch 203
WARD I
Jchn E. Marshall 75
WARD II
Brenda Teters 44
WARD III
Jimmy Karr 60
K. T. Whittlesey 45
SECTION 2: The eleclicn authority has issued a certificate
cf election and said duly elected officials of the City do
ratify the election of said officials to the respective offices.
