BE IT ORllAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: SE:C'IICN l: The Board of Aldermen finr.s that a plat of Indian Hills Estates, Phase I, a proposed subdivision of land in Section 4, Township 50, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, has been submitted for approval to the Board of Aldermen by Jim Davis, the owner and developer of all the land in said proposed subdivision. SECTION 2: The Board of Aldermen further finds that all of said proposed subdivision lies within the limits of the City of Riverside, Missouri. SECTION 3: The Board does hereby approve the plat as submitted with the exception that Mr. Davis is responsible for erecting the guardrail at the end of Indian bane which should extend from shoulder to shoulder, constructing end of road markers and putting an 8" PVC between MH1-2 and 1-3 which should be ductile iron pipe. All of the above exceptions are subject to the City E'ngineer's approval prior to acceptance.
