ORDINANCE N0. 9U- ~
AN ORDNANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf
of the City of Riverside a contract with the State of
Missouri, Department of Mental Health relating to a life
education center for alcohol and drug abuse.
SECTION 2: The Mayor is authorized to execute the contract
which is attached hereto and made a Dart of this ordinance as
though fully set out herein.
PASSED THIS 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1990.
