SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, March 29, 2011
6:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
March 29, 2011.
Mayor Rose called the meeting to order at 5:59 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Kathy
Rr�se, Aidermen Ron Super, Brad Cope, Bernie Bruns, Mike Fuller, Aaron Thatcher and Dave
Hurt.
Also present were City Administrator David Blackburn, City Attorney Nancy Thompson, City
Clerk Robin Littrell, Community Development Director Mike Duffy, Finance Director ponna I
Resz, and Attorneys Joe Bednar and Michael McKinley with Spencer Fane. '
MOTION TO ENTER INTO Alderman Hurt moved that the meeting go into closed
CLOSED @ 6:00 P.M. session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal actions, litigation, or
' privileged communications, RSMo 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase
or sale of real estate by a public governmental body,
RSMo 610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the
bids are opened and contract is executed, or all are rejected,
second by Alderman Thatcher.
Yes: Hurt, Thatcher, Bruns, Cope, Fuller, and Super.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Bruns moved that the closed session be adjourned at
CI.OSED @ 7:43 P.M. 7:43 p.m. with no action taken, second by Alderman Fuller.
Yes: Bruns, Fuller, Super, Thatcher, Hurt, and Cope.
Motion carried 6-0.
M�OTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Super moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:44 p.m.,
second by Alderman Bruns.
Yes: Super, Bruns, Cope, Hurt, Thatcher, and Fuller.
Motion carried 6-�.
