Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed. 610.021(12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contact is executed, or all proposals are rejected 610.021(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees. 2. CONSENT AGENDA All maiters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the 8oard of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.
