Mr. Rupp:
An MDUResources Company
Please find the attached proposal for Traffic Signal Maintenance of your intersectiot in the Riverside,
MO. We can discuss each item as necessary, we recommend the semi-annual maintenance, but it is the
city's decision.
Semi-Armual Maintenance per trip per intersection $ 1000.00
General Maintenance to include a bucket truck and up to two Men $ 195.00 per Hour, two
hour minimum.
Same as General Maintenance but ou Overtone or Saturday $ 245.00 per Hour, two hour
minimum.
Same as General Maintenance but on Double Overtime or Sunday $ 340.00 per Hour, two
hour minimum.
Material is cost plus 20%.
If any work outside of this scope is needed, we will develop a quotation outside of these prices.
This would be work outside of the general maintenance area. An example would be installing
a new Mast Arm pole because it had been damaged.
Vac-Tron Work is $ 140.00 per Hour, two hour nwvmum
This contract is renewable. Price increases would be 5% for each year followuig this year for
the General Maintenance and Vac-Tron Work only.
