R-2012-075 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MATTOX ROAD PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS RELATING THERETO (PREMIUM WATERS PROJECT) WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it to be a public purpose and in the best interest of the public to grant a temporary construction easement on property owned by the City at 4103 NW Mattox Road (aka the Premium Waters Project Site) in connection with the construction and maintenance of the Mattox Road Project; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Temporary Construction Easement in substantially the same form as attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Ciry Clerk is authorized to attest thereto, and the perFormance of all actions related thereto are approved, authorized and directed; FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the City Attorney and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolutian and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to pertorm all matters herein authorized.
