Parker RESOLUTION NO. - R-2012-106 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THERESA MILLER AND BONNIE ROSE PARKER iN CONNECTION WITH THE UPPER LINE CREEK TRAIL PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board of Aldermen find it to be in the best interest of the City to approve and accept the General Warranty Deed, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A", from Theresa Miller and Bonnie Rose Parker, and authorizing payment therefore in the amount of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00); FURTHER THAT the City Clerk, or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to file a fully executed copy of such General Warranty Deed with the Recorder of Deeds in Platte County; FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the Interim City Administrator, the City Attorney and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
