proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract
until a contact is executed, or all proposals are rejected

enaded by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldemien may request that any dem be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.
