AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AND
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTED BY BEACON
ASSURANCE FOR 5021 AND 5023 HIGH DRIVE TERRACE MINOR SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Riverside, Missouri
(the "Commission") considered the final subdivision plat (the "Plat") submitted by Beacon Assurance for
a minor subdivision, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit A attached hereto
(the "Property"), at its meeting on August 28, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the Plat on August 28, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri considered the Plat and
the recommendation of the Commission at its regular meeting on September 2, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the final subdivision plat submitted by Beacon
Assurance, conditioned upon the final signing and recording thereof, which is to take place upon
confirmation that there are no liens or encumbrances upon the property to be dedicated to the City.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.

Exhibit A
All of lot 5, AMENDED PLAT OF SWETNAM PLACE RESURVEY LOTS 2,3,4&5, a subdivision of land in the
City of Riverside, Platte County, Missouri being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner
of said lot 5; thence South 27 degrees 04 minutes 08 seconds East, along the East line of said Lot 5, a
distance of 143.84 feet; thence South 73 degrees 16 minutes 28 seconds West, along the South line of
said Lot 5, a distance of 194.08 feet to a point on the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Northwest High Drive;
thence North23 degrees 57 minutes 31 seconds West, along the Easterly Right-of Way line, also being
the West line of said Lot 5, a distance of 146.57 feet; thence North 74 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds
East, along the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 186.75 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract
contains 27,270 square feet, more or less.
