NOTICE OE MEETING
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, will be held at City Hall in the City of Riverside, Missouri, on May 21, 1996, at 7:30 P.M.,
to consider and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be
presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
1. An Ordinance calling art election on the questions of (i) whether to appropriate funds for
' purposes of paying a portion of the costs of construction of the L-38S levee Project in
the City, and (ii) whether to authorize the levy of an ad valorem property tax to the
extent necessary to pay $6,000,000 general obligation neighborhood improvement district
bonds, together with the interest thereon, to the extent annual collections from
neighborhood improvement district assessments are insufficient therefor.
?. Other matters.
The meeting will be open to the public. Copies of the ordinance referred to above will be
available for public inspection prior to the meeting in the office of the City Clerk.
