REGULAR MEETING
THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Wednesday, January 23, 2008
6:00 p.m.
The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in regular session at City Hall,
2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri.
President Wayne Snyder called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Answering roll call were Wayne Sn}~der, Harold
Snoderley, Leland Finley, and Cy Houston. Also present: Deborah Polk of Armstrong Teasdale, and .lane Henry,
Executive Administration Assistant.
Approval of Minutes from Harold Snoderley moved to approve the minutes from October 3,
October 3, 2007 2007, as amended.
Leland Finley seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
Resolution 2008-001:
A resolution authorizing the
transfer of certain
infrastructure easements in
connection with
Redevelopment Project III,
and authorizing documents
and actions related thereto
Resolution 2008-002:
A resolution authorizing the
execution of a subordination
agreement with UMB Bank,
N.A., trustee, and
authorizing documents and
actions related thereto.
Other New Business
Deborah Polk presented Resolution 2008-001: A resolution
authorizing the transfer of certain infrastructure easements in
connection with Redevelopment Project III, and authorizing
documents and actions related thereto.
Leland Finley made a motion in favor of Resolution 2008-001 and
Harold Snoderley seconded. The motion passed 4-0.
Polk presented Resolution 2008-002: A resolution authorizing the
execution of a subordination agreement with UMB Bank, N.A.,
trustee, and authorizing documents and actions related thereto.
Cy Houston made a motion to approve Resolution 2008-002 and
Leland Finley seconded. The motion passed 4-0.
Polk explained that there had been a change in the rating of the bonds
from A to BBB.
Polk talked about the Levee District letters distributed to the IDA
board earlier by Henry. She explained that it was sent to all
landowners in the district announcing a meeting. Snyder asked if the
letter was sent by the Levee District or by the City. Polk responded
that the letter was sent by the Levee District and the City sent a
separate letter supporting the Levee District.
Adjournment Harold Snoderley made a motion to adjourn and it was seconded by
Leland Finley. The motion passed and the meeting was adjourned.
