SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Wednesday, April 17, 2013
12:30 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on
Wednesday, April 17, 2013.
Mayor Rose called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Kathy
Rose, Aldermen Seth DeRose, Ron Super, Mike Fuller, Brad Cope, Aaron Thatcher, and Art
Homer.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, Finance Director Donna Resz, City Engineer
Travis Hoover, Capital Projects Coordinator Larissa Anderson, City Planner Jackie Carlson,
and Administration Director Meredith Hauck. Special Counsel Michael McKinley with SFBB,
Dan Cook, Aaron Bresette with HDR, Brent Miles and Mark Pomerenke with NorthPoint were
also present.
BILL NO. 2013 - 027 City Administrator Greg Mills gave first reading of Bill No.
41 Street and Helena 2013 -027 and explained details of the bill being presented.
Following discussion of the Board, Alderman Cope moved to
accept first reading and place Bill No. 2013 -027 on second and
final reading, second by Alderman Thatcher.
Yes: Cope, Thatcher, Super, DeRose, Fuller, and Homer.
Motion carried 6 -0.
Alderman Thatcher moved to approve Bill 2013 -027 and enact
said bill as ordinance, second by Alderman Cope.
Yes: Thatcher, Cope, DeRose, Super, Homer, and Fuller.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Super moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:41 p.m.,
second by Alderman DeRose.
Yes: Super, DeRose, Homer, Fuller, Thatcher, and Cope.
Motion carried 6 -0.
