General Discussion Planning and Zoning Commission seminars and training - There are several MARC
sponsored workshops being held this Spring for planning and zoning commissioners.
Most of the P &Z Commission were interested in the seminar, "Annexation Issues," on

commission meeting. It was decided to change the date of the meeting to April 12 to
allow them to attend the seminar.
Miles talked to the commission about the citizen survey. He told them the results of
the survey would be presented to the public in a town hall meeting in mid -April. Miles
also updated the commission on the master planning team's progress
Adjournment There being no further business, Commissioner Lee made a motion for adjournment
and Commissioner Uhl seconded. The motion passed and Chairwoman Snyder
adjourned the meeting.
