SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Monday, July 29, 2013
7:30 a.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Monday,
July 29, 2013.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. Those in attendance were Mayor
Kathy Rose, Alderman Brad Cope, Art Homer, Ron Super, and Mike Fuller.
Aldermen Seth DeRose and Aaron Thatcher were absent.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, Deputy City Clerk Sarah Wagner, Public
Works Director Tom Wooddell, Finance Director Donna Resz, Administration Director
Meredith Hauck, City Engineer Travis Hoover, Capital Projects Coordinator Larissa Anderson,
and Community Development Director Mike Duffy.
BILL NO. 2013 Deputy City Clerk Sarah Wagner gave first reading of Bill No.
HB Change Order 1 2013 -055. City Administrator Greg Mills explained the
importance of this change order. Alderman Cope moved to accept
first reading and place Bill No. 2013 -055 on second and final
reading, second by Alderman Homer.
Yes: Cope, Homer, Super, and Fuller.
Motion carried 4 -0.
Alderman Cope moved to approve Bill 2013 -055 and enact
said bill as ordinance, second by Alderman Homer.
Yes: Cope, Homer, Super, and Fuller.
Motion carried 4 -0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Super moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 a.m.,
second by Alderman Cope.
Yes: Super, Cope, Fuller, and Homer
Motions carried 4 -0.
