Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed 610.021(12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected 2. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non - agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. First Reading: Bill No. 2013 -060: An ordinance adopting and enacting a new Code of Ordinances of the City of Riverside; establishing the same; providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein, except as herein expressly provided; providing for the manner of amending such Code of Ordinances; providing penalty for the violation thereof; and providing when this ordinance shall become effective.
