Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected 2. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non- agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing 5 opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time.
