Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen
during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non -
agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

R- 2014 -015: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013 -2014
WEEK ENDING MARCH 7th AND MARCH 14th IN THE AMOUNT OF $225,784.34. Point
of Contact: Finance Director Donna Resz.
R- 2014 -016: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF MOBILE AND WEB
APPLICATION PRODUCT AND SERVICES FROM PUBLICSTUFF, INC. IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $18,300.00. Point of Contact: Administration Director Meredith Hauck.

2. Public Hearing: Public hearing to consider a special use permit for outdoor storage on Lot
1 and Lot 2 of Riverside Horizons West First Plat.

3. First Reading: Bill No. 2014 -018: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
THE REPLAT OF THE LOT SPLIT OF TRACT 23 NORTHWOOD ACRES, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI. Point of

4. R- 2014 -017: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF A PERMANENT UTILITY
EASEMENT TO KANSAS CITY POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY; AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS RELATING
THERETO. Point of Contact: Community Development Director Mike Duffy.
