SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, March 25, 2014
5:30 P.M.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
March 25, 2014.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor
Kathy Rose, Alderman Brad Cope, Art Homer, Ron Super, Chet Pruett, Aaron Thatcher, and
Mike Fuller.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, City Clerk Robin Littrell, and Community
Development Director Mike Duffy.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO Alderman Cope moved that the meeting go into closed
CLOSED @ 5:30 P.M. session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal Action and
litigation, RSMo 610.021(2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real
estate by a governmental body where public knowledge of the
transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration, and
RSMo 610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the
bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents
or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a
contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected, second by
Alderman Thatcher.
Yes: Cope, Thatcher, Homer, Fuller, Pruett, and Super.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Cope moved at 6:58 p.m. to adjourn closed session
CLOSED @ 6:58 P.M. with no action taken, second by Alderman Homer.
Yes: Cope, Homer, Fuller, Super, Thatcher, and Pruett.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Homer moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:59 p.m.,
second by Alderman Thatcher.
Yes: Homer, Thatcher, Fuller, Pruett, Super, and Cope.
Motions carried 6-0.
