A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING RAY UHL TO THE PLANNING &ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Planning &Zoning Commission is set forth in the
City Code and provides for the appointment of nine (9) Planning & Zoning Commission citizen
members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, Ray Uhl was originally appointed to the Planning &Zoning Commission in May
2002 and has served continuously since then, including a most recent 4 year term expiring May 2014,
or until a successor was duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the re-appointment of Ray Uhl to a full 4 year term,
expiring in May 2018, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such reappointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the reappointment of Ray Uhl, Ward I, 4524 NW Apache, Riverside Missouri; is hereby
recommended by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Planning &
Zoning Commission to a 4 year term ending in May 2018, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 20th day of May, 2014.
