A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LANETTE INGRAM TO THE PARK BOARD OF RIVERSIDE
MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Park Board provides for the appointment of
seven (7) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, the service of the members of the board is limited to no more than two
consecutive four-year terms by the Park Board By-Laws; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of LaNette Ingram to fill the
remaining two (2) years of Timothy Miller's term, which expires in May 2016.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the appointment of LaNette Ingram, Ward Il, 5049 NW Flintridge Rd, Riverside,
Missouri; is hereby appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the
Park Board to a term of two years expiring in May 2016, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED hv the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 15th day of July 2014.
