Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed REGULAR SESSION (7:00 p.m.) Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Public Comments- Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non- agenda items. However,any Rem not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda Rem which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such Rem will be taken at that time. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any Rem be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed,it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. R-2015-053: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 WEEK ENDING JULY 10TH AND JULY 17TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $265,443.76. Public Hearing: Public hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for outdoor storage at 2709 NW Platte Road, in the City of Riverside, Platte County, Missouri. (Opened on 05-19-15) a) First Reading: Bill No. 2015-040: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS TO STERLING CONSTRUCTION FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE COMMERCIAL (C-1) DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2709 NW PLATTE ROAD. First Reading: Bill No. 2015-053: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXPEND NO MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS IN ADDITION TO THE AMOUNT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HOUSTON EXCAVATING & DEMOLITION FOR THE PROVISION OF FILL DIRT TO THE CITY, AND SERVICES RELATED THERETO ORIGINALLY AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1294 AND AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1408.
