610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any
confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and
its attorneys
610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public
knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when
personal information about the employee is discussed
610.021(12)Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened,and sealed proposals and
related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all
proposals are rejected

Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen
during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non-
agenda items. However,any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed,it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

R-2015-064: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016
WEEK ENDING AUGUST 21ST AND AUGUST 28TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $454,007.22.

R-2015-065: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REGIONAL MULTI-
HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN. Point of Contact: Emergency Management- Mike Shelton.
R-2015-066: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH TOWN AND COUNTRY DISPOSAL OF WESTERN MISSOURI, INC., FOR
CURBSIDE RESIDENTIAL REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES. Point

1. First Reading: Bill No. 2015-059: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ISSUE
ITS TAXABLE INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS (US FARATHANE LLC Project), SERIES
2015 IN A MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$51,120,000, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS TO PAY THE COSTS OF
ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A FACILITY FOR AN INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER
INTO CERTAIN AGREEMENTS AND TAKE CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS. Point of Contact: Gary Anderson,

2. First Reading: Bill No. 2015-060: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF

3. Motion to approve Picnic Not-for-Profit Liquor License Contingent upon State of Missouri
Approval — Riverside Chamber of Commerce, Managing Agent Hope Carriger for the Music Fest
on September 19, 2015 at E. H. Young Park. Point of Contact: City Clerk Robin Kincaid.
