SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, September 8, 2015
4:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
September 8, 2015.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor
Kathy Rose, Aldermen Al Bowman, Frank Biondo, Art Homer, Ron Super, Aaron Thatcher,
and Chet Pruett.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, City Engineer
Travis Hoover, Executive Assistant Stacey Rasco, and Capital Projects Coordinator Larissa
Anderson.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
BILL NO. 2016-061 City Administrator Greg Mills gave briefing for the special meeting
CO 18 for Shaw Construction and explained to the Board that the ordinance is to keep Shaw
Construction moving as quickly as possible. City Engineer Travis
Hoover stated that Olsson Associates will be observing the
project.
City Clerk Robin Kincaid gave first reading of Bill No. 2015-061.
Alderman Thatcher moved to accept first reading and place Bill
No. 2015-061 on second and final reading, second by Alderman
Biondo.
Yes: Thatcher, Biondo, Bowman, Homer, Pruett, and Super.
Motion carried 6-0.
Alderman Thatcher moved to approve Bill 2015-061 and enact
said bill as ordinance, second by Alderman Pruett.
Yes: Thatcher, Pruett, Super, Homer, Bowman, and Biondo.
Motion carried 6-0.
City Administrator Greg Mills gave kudos to Larissa Anderson for
her diligence on finalizing the infrastructure list and that we are
currently approximately $117,000 under budget. The process of
infrastructure project completions were shared and the importance
of getting these figures to take definitive action. Special Counsel
Bednar will meet with NorthPoint's attorney to discuss the list and
numbers regarding the MDA.
Board discussed Red X and restructuring of management that has
been announced.

MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Biondo moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m.,
second by Alderman Homer.
Yes: Biondo, Homer, Bowman, Pruett, Super, and Thatcher.
Motions carried 6-0.
