Ordinance No. 2008-135
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR RENTAL AND OPERATION OF
CERTAIN AREAS AND FACILITIES IN THE E.H. YOUNG RIVERFRONT PART:
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside (the "City") wishes to amend the rental rates far the
Amphitheater and the Large Shelter located in the E.H. Young Riverfront Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Riverside, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. The fee schedule for use of the Amphitheater located in the E.H. Young
Riverfront Park is revised as follows:
a. Resident: $100 deposit; $75 rental fee per day
b. Non-Resident: $150 deposit; $150 rental fee per day
c. Commercial: $150 deposit; $150 rental fee per day
Section 2. The fee schedule for use of the Large Shelter located in the E.H. Young
Riverfront Park is revised as follows:
a. Resident: $100 deposit; $50 rental fee per day
b. Non-Resident: $150 deposit; $150 rental fee per day
c. Commercial: $150 deposit; $150 rental fee per day
Section 3. The Mayor, the City Administrator, the City Attorney and other appropriate
City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or
convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Ordinance and to execute and deliver for
and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as m.ay be
necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
