RE: Holiday Pay— Employee Handbook Revision
As part of the implementation of the time clock system, a change to our Holiday Policy (Section 700.7) will
make it easier to schedule time off throughout the year.
Instead of holiday hours accruing as the holidays occur, all holiday leave time (72 hours/yr) will be front-loaded
on January 1. If an employee would leave employment, any holidays remaining in the calendar year will be
deducted from the employee's final paycheck to cover those remaining holidays.
