This change was based on our conversation during the pre-bid meeting site visit. Please let me know if you have comments. I would like to get this plan sheets to the bidding contractors as soon as possible. Some brief notes on what was changed: - The east excavation was moved to a point 25' east of the BNSF RR spur, a note was included requiring excavation/backfill per BNSF standards. - Included note for west excavation that RQBLD standards must be followed since it is within the LCA. - Removed excavations near projected levee slopes - Included note that the ease & west excavations be the beginning points of the up slope grouting of the pipe - Added note that the exiting water vault be used to access the up slop ends of the grouting - Highlighted levee access path blue, included note that only light trucks will be allowed on this path to access the water vault atop the levee.
