I would second what Ron stated that the permit should be in the Corp’s
name or at least in the name of the contractor doing the work.
Other than that and with what Mike and Don stated yesterday about
negotiating some reimbursement for our KCMO funds, by adding another
item to fix.
I would vote to sign it.

To all board members:
I have signed the amendment and it will be at the Levee District office
in the morning for John Benson to pick up but Ben won't release it until
at least 3 board members have voted in favor. If you think that this is
the right thing to do, please let us know ASAP.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm good with the amendment. You guys
did a great job.

Jeff:
I concur with Mike. If we can find something that could be
considered a deficiency but that we would have had to take care of it
ourselves with district $ and we take care of it through the remaining
deficiency money, up to $77,000, the district will be whole. John and
Alice are wanting to do the right thing and treat us fairly. I believe
any other route would be downhill from here.
