Gentlemen,
I wanted to let you know what USACE is proposing for vegetation limits
on MoDOT ROW. Ben, Kevin, and myself met with Charlie Detrick yesterday.
· Near R1A – see the attached jpeg of a google earth screen shot
and google earth files. In general, USACE is proposing limiting
vegetation removal within 15 of the project features.
· Levee Tie-Back – USACE is proposing limiting the vegetation
removal where the 3:1 slope was constructed for the project (south of
the Alexander property). USACE intends to have their surveyors stake the
limits based on the project baseline coordinates in order to show the
limits.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thanks,
Jason
