Board members,
There were three Board members attending the June 19th
meeting with the Corps. Therefore, the meeting constituted a special
meeting of the Board. A Notice and Agenda of the meeting had been
posted on Monday. I prepared a set of minutes of the meeting which are
enclosed for your review and comment.
The minutes will be presented at the July 10th meeting for
approval. Thank you.
